Membership Of The Alliance

Membership of ARBR is open to all battery manufacturers, importers, retailers, recyclers and collectors of used batteries.

ARBR Affiliates are Associations, NGO’s, Research Organisations, Institutes and Development Partners, etc.

ARBR members will receive regular access to ARBR research, reports, workshops, publications,
and conferences.
ARBR members will be qualified to participate in government programmes, contracts and projects involving the installation of batteries in Nigeria.
Battery manufacturers and recyclers receive technical support and incentives to upgrade and upscale production, recycling technology, and processes.
Membership of the ARBR also ensures organizations are in compliance with all environmental
regulations, policies, guidelines and requirements to operate in the Nigerian battery sector for the
protection of the environment and the health of the citizens.
ARBR members receive grants and financial support directly or through development partners to
ensure sustainable battery usage and also improve battery technology in Nigeria.
Members contribute to policy development in the battery sector and shape the sector for the
advancement of business and the environment.
